- What are the FreeMeals.ca Daily Deals?

- Can I only get deals on food? What gives?
No, our Daily Deals are NOT limited to restaurants! We got you covered, whether you're looking for retail outlets, health and beauty services, activities, etc.
- Do I have to sign up a group of people I know to get the FreeMeals.ca deal?
No, but it would be selfish not to spread the deal to everyone you know! Our members make up a big enough group already, so the deal can happen from within. But tell your friends, family and neighbors -who wouldn’t want to get in on the action?!
- How do I get in on a deal?
It’s simple. Just click “Buy Now” before the offer ends on the given date at midnight. Put in your card information, and if the minimum number of people joins, you get the deal! So spread the news! And if the deal doesn't go through, your card will not be charged, but you may shed a tear.
- What happens if the FreeMeals.ca deal doesn't reach the minimum required number of buyers?
Sadly, if not enough people buy, the deal is cancelled and you will not be charged. The deal is only valid if the minimum number of purchasers buys in, so you better spread the word!
- The deal went through! Now what do I do?
As soon as the deal becomes activated, we send you a confirmation email with your voucher and your credit card is charged. Unless you have a Smartphone, you must print out your deal and present it where applicable within the redemption dates, which will be printed on your coupon.
- When can I use my FreeMeals.ca coupon?
Your coupon is valid starting the day after you buy (unless stated otherwise). Be sure to use it before the expiration date, which will be written in the fine print on your coupon.
- What payment methods does FreeMeals.ca accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
- Can I buy a FreeMeals.ca coupon as a gift for someone else?
Yes! Share the love by ticking the box "Give voucher as a gift" after clicking "Buy Now". Your coupon will be emailed as a gift to the lucky nominee; otherwise you can always print it out like a traditional gift certificate and give it in person just to witness their reaction.
- Hold on...If my name is on the FreeMeals.ca coupon, can I still gift it?
Absolutely! Even though your name is on it, it is entirely transferable. You're gonna score some major points, buddy.

No, becoming a member is totally free! When you buy a deal, you are charged only if enough people buy the deal also. This is when the deal becomes valid. If the deal doesn't go through, you aren't charged.

Your credit card number is transmitted through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, transferred directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers, and we do not sell any of your personal information to any third parties.
- Can I return a FreeMeals.ca coupon?
VOUCHERS Yes, you have 14 days after the deal closes to cancel or modify your voucher, as long as it has not been used or expired. Contact us at email@example.com or call 1-855-849-3393 and we will do everything in our power to fulfill your request. MERCHANDISE Yes, as long as the deal on merchandise is still on, you can easily cancel or modify your order. Once the deal is closed, Freemeals.ca does not offer any refunds or exchanges. - What if my coupon expires?
It's not the end of the world! Once expired, your Daily Deal coupon loses its promotional value. However, you can still redeem it at the price you paid, i.e. if you paid 20$ to buy your voucher, its worth is 20$ once expired. Note: You have a limited time as by the applicable law in your area to use the value of the voucher, so don't wait too long!

Nope, the Print & Present Deals are an extra perk on FreeMeals.ca. These are FREE coupons that are emailed to your inbox, just print and present. No catch, no credit card required, just simple! Daily Deals are bigger discounts on bigger activities. Its to try that helicopter ride you've had your eye on but not the wallet to match, experience new flavours at restaurants you never even knew about, and many many more great opportunities.

- What happens if the business has shut down and I own a voucher from them?
Although this would be an out of the ordinary event, we will notify you as soon as this has been brought to our attention. The situation will be rectified promptly by refunding your purchase.

- What is the FreeMeals.ca Rewards Program?
Restaurants in your area give out free meals. That's right, FREE meals! For example, some restaurants offer the 5th meal free. Just visit any partner, pick up a card and you're ready to go! You can register it at any time on our website. Your rewards card also accumulates points ($1 = 1 point on restaurant meals), which can later be redeemed for travel or cash back. Most importantly, take advantage of getting a free meal over and over again!
- How much does it cost for the Rewards Card?
The FreeMeals.ca card is absolutely, positively, 100% free! Pick one up at a participating restaurant.
- I like. Where can I get my Rewards Card?
Hop on over to one of your favourite restaurants listed in the “FreeMeals” tab above; they will give you your prized card.
- Where do I register for this Rewards Program?
If you don't have an account yet, click the Register tab above. If you have one, click My Account, and put in your card number in the respective space. You'll only have to do this once, and then you're good to go! See how many points you've accumulated, an especially how close you are to your next free meal!
- Where can I use my Rewards Card?
At participating FreeMeals.ca Rewards Restaurants, of course! Click on the “FreeMeals” tab above, and you will have access to our growing list of restaurants with their irresistible offers!
- Help! I lost my Rewards Card!
All is not lost. Your card number is saved in your profile. Call us at 1-855-849-3393 and we'll send you a new card. You'll get all your points back too, but sadly you'll lose your free restaurant meal record.
- How do the travel points and cash back work?
Once you've accumulated a required number of points, you can redeem them on the website or receive a check in the mail. Visit our Points page to see how many points you need for such and such. To redeem for travel contact 1-855-849-3393 and our representative will assist you in booking your trip!
- Can I combine FreeMeals.ca points with other rewards programs and credit cards?
As a matter of fact, YES you can. But here's how it'll be done. Your points have a monetary value, so we'll send you a check which you then use to get more rewards/points with the company of your choice!

PRINT & PRESENT DEALS FAQs
- What are these simple-sounding “Print & Present” deals?
Beyond simple. These deals are absolutely free, no credit card needed, no need to register, no NOTHING – except for an email address. You click on “Get it FREE” and put in your email address. We will email you a voucher, all you have to do is Print & Present. Ta-da, you just got yourself a free deal! If you're a Smartphone user, you can present the deal on your phone and save some trees!
- When are the Print & Present deals valid from and to?
As soon as you get the email, you can use your voucher. Mind the indicated expiration date though; you'll only have a limited time to enjoy the deal!
- What if I sent the email to myself but I don’t see it in my inbox?
Relax – we’ll get through this together. Check your spam mail and make sure your voucher is not hiding in there. No luck? Maybe you made a typo in the email address the first time – try one more time. (In the future, to prevent typos in your email and such, we recommend registering your email address by clicking on Register. Potential crisis averted). Still nothing? Take a deep breath and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can get your awesome deal out of that black hole.
